Professional Land Surveyor
Preferred Qualification:
Technical degree/diploma/certificate in related field with a minimum industry experience of 2-5 years. Professional Licensing in Land Surveying in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is a must.The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- • Develops, organizes and schedules land surveying activities to see the completion of projects on time and within budget.
- • Collects, processes and evaluates survey data collected.
- • Responsible for client contact and calculations.
- • Proficient with the operation of survey equipment such as total stations, data collectors, levels, and the GPS unit.
- • Proficient with software for downloading survey data from the data collectors.
- • Provide quality assurance and supervise the work performed to assure accuracy of data collected.
- • Reads and interprets maps, deeds and construction documents.
- • Other duties as assigned.

- • Possess respectable communication and organizational skills.
- • Have written and verbal communication skills.
- • Knowledge of Microsoft office products suite.
- • Knowledge of CAD suite is an advantage.
- • Hold a valid driver’s license.
- • Adhere to all office safety rules.

Survey Crew Chief
Preferred Qualification:
Technical degree/diploma/certificate in related field with a minimum industry experience of 5 years. Professional licensing is a plus but not required.The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- • Lead and perform daily field operations with the survey team.
- • Formulate plans for daily field data acquisition of the project.
- • Working knowledge of construction layout, survey calculations, boundary and title surveys, topographic survey, and data collection of survey information.
- • Proficient with the operation of survey equipment such as total stations, data collectors, levels, and the GPS unit.
- • Proficient with software for downloading survey data from the data collectors.
- • Prepare mandatory paperwork, daily reports and time sheets.
- • Maintain survey vehicle and field equipment.
- • Interact professionally with clients and property owners.
- • Adhere to the established Quality Control process.
- • Other duties as assigned.

Engineering CAD Technician
Preferred Qualification:
Technical degree/diploma/certificate in related field with a minimum industry experience of 1-3 years.The candidate’s primary responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- • Software skill: AutoCAD Civil3D (required) & MicroStation (preferred).
- • Ability to create base maps and ROW maps from the existing utility sources and the field survey data.
- • Capacity to understand & manipulate the survey data with essential knowledge of Digital Terrain Model.
- • Ability to work under the supervision of an Engineer and/or Senior Engineer.
- • Adhere to the established Quality Control process.
Other job requirements:
- • Possess respectable communication and organizational skills.
- • Have aptitude for Mathematical and mechanical computations.
- • Knowledge of Microsoft office products suite.
- • Have a reliable transportation to office.
- • Follow the culture of teamwork and be self-motivated.
