Vijaya Jayaraj is an Architect by qualification, from Bangalore University, India. As the founder and president of CHIRU, Vijaya leverages over two decades of consulting experience to manage the technical and quality standards of the projects. She has over 21 years of experience in Civil Engineering and GIS. Her proficiency is in Sewer & Water Design, Land Development and Geographic Information System.
Vijaya is responsible for business development and company operations by setting up long-range goals, operational plans, and policies to accomplish company objectives. Vijaya also manage project quality and serves as client liaison officer on all projects by overseeing scope, schedule, budget and time frame.
Vijaya is a currently a member of the NJ American Water Works Association and Water Environmental Federation.
RAGHU PANDURANGAN, GISP
(Vice President and Survey Manager)
Raghu Pandurangan is a certified GIS professional (GISP) and hold education in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Applications with honors. Raghu has over 22 years of experience of working as Asset and GIS Project manager for various Utilities Authority.
As the Vice President and Survey Manager, Raghu’s expertise includes strategic planning, management and deliverance of Land Survey, GIS, IT and Asset management sections of CHIRU.
Raghu is a currently a member of the NJ American Water Works Association and Water Environmental Federation. Raghu previously served as a member of GIS Advisory Board of Atlantic Cape Community College and the Chair of NJAWWA IT Committee.
